Speed’s Dyno Tuned Hi-Performance Chevy Engines are custom
built with the best possible parts at the best possible price
to deliver the most driveable performance possible. Every
engine from 275 hp and up is dyno tested, tuned and broken in
before shipping. If you order one of our carburetors or
ignition systems they will be set up and dyno tuned on your
engine. Our efforts on the dyno can save you countless hours
of headaches and guessing trying to tune your engine. We
believe every customer should get the actual horsepower,
performance and driveability they are paying for whether it’s
a hi-performance street engine or a blown race engine. We
don’t Sim Test or ”Run Engines In.” We actually dynometer test
every engine under a load to verify actual horsepower, torque,
reliability and thoroughly check engine for leaks and
irregularities. Actual dyno testing will pin point any
problems before they can occur. American Speed guarantees
horsepower figures to within 1% of advertised. Every customer
gets a computer printout of their engines performance.
American Speed offers you more real value and performance for
your dollar. Carbureted, fuel injected Turn Key engines are
available.
All engines are sold as ”long blocks” complete from intake
manifold to oil pan. Accessories are extra cost. |
